Fijian broadcaster Mai TV has launched Click, its Internet Protocol solutions arm offering IPTV, Digital Signage, Power Solutions and Indoor and outdoor screens and monitors.
In what has taken over 12 months to mature, Click introduces to Fiji Dsign, a server controlled signage system that allows advertisers to focus their investment in areas where people gather.
“Several deployments have taken place already with Dsign in McDonalds, Suva Private Hospital and soon Port Denarau Marina”, Business Development Executive Pravendra Shankar said.
Click has also launched screen sales for large deployments including hotels, shopping malls and sports venues, which also work with its Digital signage solution.
At the core of Click is IPTV, which will allow Fijians living outside Fiji to view Fijian content using a set top box for special events like football, boxing and other Fiji and Pacific Island events.
“We are excited to introduce these products into the market. Click supplements Mai TV’s existing business and propels Fiji as the market leader in IP solutions in the South Pacific.
Click has signed up clients in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and Papua New Guinea and is continuing to scope new business in the tourism sector in Fiji.
The company also launched it’s new website: http://www.click.com.fj which showcases products and puts potential clients in direct touch with sales staff in Fiji.
The company says it has a free demonstration to anyone interested to see some of their products at work.
